Exchanges & Returns
Simple exchange and return process. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. Once your return has been accepted, you have an additional 7 days to return the item. A return label will be sent for approved exchanges and returns; Returns sent back for store credit, an exchange or gift card are totally free. A $15 restocking and shipping fee will be deducted for returns sent back for a refund.
Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted for returns sent back for a refund.
Gift cards, and store credit are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Processing Time
Please allow 3-7 Business days for a refund to reflect on your bank statement once your return has been processed.
