Complementary Shipping
All Passione di Gina orders over $150.00 will complementary ship 2-day express, Orders under $150.00 will ship standard, 3-7 business day delivery unless specified otherwise.
2-Day Express & Standard
Orders received before 12:00 PM local time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days.
2-Day Express Limitations
Due to carrier limitations, the following cannot be delivered within 2 business days from when the order is fulfilled. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. PDG is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Returned/Refused Orders
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, a $15.00 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
